Terms of service


1.       Products sold by our company can enjoy free maintenance services provided by Hong Kong agents or authorized centers. All free maintenance shall be subject to the terms and conditions set by individual agents or authorized centers. Please refer to the product packing for warranty certificate and check the product agent or authorized center.
2.        Customers must contact the customer service staff within seven days from the day of receipt of the product to submit an application for replacement request for arrangement. The replacement product is also limited to the product of the same model and color. In addition, it has not been damaged, has been wetted/ damaged by water/ other substances, and has been repaired by the original factory or non-original repair center by itself, and the company will not return or exchange it.

3.         All products in question must be returned together with the original delivery note and original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, maintenance certificates and documents. All defective goods and their packaging must be complete, otherwise the company will have the right to refuse the relevant replacement. If the customer fails to complete and return the required documents or goods, the company reserves the right to reject the customer's application.
 
4.         When replacing the product, the customer must present the original purchase receipt.
5.          If the product is damaged for customers to download software updates using non-original ringtones or program or by the use of pirated software so that products can not function properly, this would not be responsible returned.
 
6.          If the company fails to predict the delivery date due to shortage of supply or force majeure, a full refund will be refunded. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
 
7.           In case of any dispute, MEGIVO reserves the right of final decision.
