Refund policy
- If any product you purchased on the MEGIVO website is found to be damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days from the date of shipment and provide the relevant receipt number for further processing.
- If you need to apply for a replacement, please make sure that the product and its packaging are intact. (*Only one time, no refund service).
- If the purchased goods are verified to meet the conditions for return and exchange, we will contact you to arrange the return and exchange procedures. You can visit the customer service center or arrange third-party logistics for the relevant return and exchange. The customer must confirm the acceptance of the exchange within 5 days to return the goods to our company for replacement of other goods.
- If the product comes with original factory maintenance, please keep the product packaging, purchase receipt and warranty certificate for maintenance and repair. Customers who fail to present the warranty certificate and purchase receipt are forgiven for not being able to provide warranty service.
- All pre-ordered products, ordered products, food, consumables, digital electronic products, specials, display items, personal items, or products that are not returned or exchanged, will not be returned.
- Due to the delay of the supplier’s shipping schedule/delivery date, refund applications are not accepted, and other goods can be replaced.
- After customers purchase products considered to fail to meet personal preferences or the quality is not as expected, it will not be accepted returned.
- If the user has sensitive skin, it is recommended to consult a doctor before purchasing the product. Customers who have a sensitive reaction to the purchased products will not accept return arrangements.
- Before placing an order online, please make sure that the recipient's name, recipient's phone number, and recipient address are correct. The customer will be responsible for delays in picking up the goods and third-party due to incorrect information.
- If the goods are not returned and exchanged in accordance with the instructions and methods provided by the online customer service, the company reserves the right to refuse the return. The complete return content must include the following (none of which is indispensable): Original packaging, Accessories (if any), Invoice
- There is no refund for all sold goods (including pre-ordered products).
- Replacement value of goods: Customers can replace goods of equal value or less. If they want to replace goods that are greater than the original purchase amount, they must make up the difference.
Please note that if the product has the following conditions, it cannot be returned or exchanged:
- As more than seven days and non-return order to apply this return merchandise.
- Non-complete package; the complete package should include goods, original packaging materials and ancillary accessories.
- Due to the different settings and resolutions of the computer screen, there may be slight color difference. This is normal and cannot be returned due to the slight color difference of the goods.(The actual color shall be subject to the actual picture on the official website. MEGIVO reserve the right to make the final decision on whether the goods have obvious color difference).
