Exchange & Warranty Terms

All licensed products sold by our company can enjoy free maintenance services provided by Hong Kong agents or authorized centers. All free maintenance shall be subject to the terms and conditions set by individual agents or authorized centers. Please refer to the product warranty certificate or check with the product agent or authorized center.

  1. When replacing the product, the customer must present the original purchase receipt, if not this would not be warranty. 

  2. The product have not been damaged, has been wetted/ damaged by water/ other substances, and has been repaired by the original factory or non-original repair center by itself, damaged for customers to download software updates using non-original ringtones or program or by the use of pirated software so that product can not function properly, this would not be warranty.

  3. Accessories such as chargers and batteries are not warranted. 

  4. In the case of any dispute, MEGIVO reserves the right of final decision.

  1. No exchange would be made for product which has been sold.

  2. Customers must contact the customer service staff within seven days from the day of receipt of the product to submit an application for replacement request for arrangement. The replacement product is also limited to the product of the same model and color. 

  3. The packaging of the product must be intact, including any accessories, manuals, maintenance certificates and documents, and without any damage or scratches.

  4. The product have not been damaged, has been wetted/ damaged by water/ other substances, and has been repaired by the original factory or non-original repair center by itself, it does not apply the replacement guarantee.

  5. When replacing the product, the customer must present the original purchase receipt, if the product is damaged for customers to download software updates using non-original ringtones or program or by the use of pirated software so that product can not function properly, this would not be responsible returned.
